No comments needed for this book! It is THE must have: the original patterns by the GoF. I’m currently reading it, I will let you know.
Programming .NET Components, 2nd Edition
I only read few excerpts but this book appears to be a must have.
In my business we currently follow recommendations by Juval Lowy exposed in the
“C# Coding Standards” document that you can download from here. Otherwise you can find it at the IDesign website.
This book is a complete and easy to read introduction to all the different parts of .NET framework 2.0. Never out of date. It has been the first .NET related book that I read.
Working With Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
I’m currently reading it. Interesting book if you want to learn how easy is to customize your working environment or to extend Visual Studio 2005 with macro and addins.
Learn to write useful scripts to drive your Windows behavior as well as to retrieve all the information you need from PCs on your network.Plenty of VBScript code samples and excellent attached CD material.
Perfect beginner’s guide: simple explanations of OOP concepts and of Visual C# and Visual Basic.NET features. Plenty of examples in both languages.
Test Driven Development: By Example (The Addison-Wesley Signature Series)
Test Driven development explained by the creator of Extreme Programming who is also the person who rediscovered Test-Driven Development.
Pragmatic Unit Testing in C# with NUnit, 2nd Edition
